Simple Steps
Step 1
Send photos of the vehicle damage and a short description of what happened.
Step 2
File or share claim info if insurance is already involved.
Step 3
We review the visible damage and explain the practical repair path.
Step 4
Our team works through the repair process once the scope is clear.
Step 5
Your vehicle is repaired, checked, and returned after final quality review.
Insurance companies are not allowed to require you to use one of their preferred or "direct repair" shops. The choice of where your vehicle gets repaired is yours — send us photos and we will work directly with your carrier from there.
Damage photos, a full-vehicle photo, vehicle year/make/model, VIN if available, insurance company, and claim number if you already have one.
If you have not filed yet, that is okay. We can still review the visible damage and talk through insurance versus out-of-pocket repair.
Additional damage can be found after teardown. When that happens, supplements are part of the repair process and coverage decisions come from your carrier.

No. Send photos first. Add the claim number when you have it.
Yes. We work with every major insurer. Include your insurance company name and claim number (if you have one) when you send photos and we will take it from there.
No. Your insurer can suggest a "preferred" or direct-repair shop, but they cannot require you to use one. You can choose Auto Art or any shop you trust, and your insurance company still has to work with that choice.
A DRP is a shop your insurer has a pre-negotiated relationship with — it's a convenience for the insurer, not a requirement for you. Choosing a non-DRP shop like Auto Art does not affect your coverage.
That's common. Insurance estimates are usually written from a visual review before teardown, and additional damage is often found once the repair starts. When that happens, we document it and submit a supplement to your carrier for the difference.
That depends on your policy, your insurer, and whether the claim is at-fault. We can give you an out-of-pocket comparison so you can weigh that against filing before you decide.
Yes. For smaller repairs we can help you decide which path makes more sense.
Send your vehicle year, make, and model, a short description of the accident, clear damage photos, and any claim details you already have.
