What to Expect
Our Repair Process.
From the first photo to the day you pick your car back up — here's exactly what happens, whether you're filing an insurance claim or paying out of pocket.
Step 1
Send Photos & Get an Estimate
Send photos of the damage from your phone — no appointment needed. We review them and give you a real estimate the same day.
Step 2
Choose Insurance or Out-of-Pocket
Filing a claim or paying yourself, we'll walk you through which makes more sense for your situation before you commit to either.
Step 3
Drop Off & Teardown
Once you're ready, we drop your vehicle in and disassemble the damaged area to confirm the full scope — sometimes there's more damage than what's visible from the outside.
Step 4
We Handle the Insurance Paperwork
If a claim is involved, we deal directly with your adjuster, including submitting any supplement for damage found during teardown. You don't have to be the go-between.
Step 5
Repair & Factory Color Match
Body work, panel repair or replacement, and computerized OEM color matching so the paint blends into your factory finish.
Step 6
Quality Check
Before it goes back to you, we inspect the repair, panel fit, and paint match against our own standard — not just what passes.
Step 7
Pickup & Written Warranty
You get your vehicle back and a written lifetime warranty on the repair — not just a verbal promise.
