This page describes what Auto Art Paint & Body Repair actually collects and does with it when you use https://autoartrecon.comor send us an estimate request. It's written in plain language to match what the site really does, not as a substitute for legal advice — if you need a compliance determination for your own purposes, consult an attorney.
What we collect
When you send an estimate request, we collect:
- Your name, phone number, and (optional) email address
- Vehicle details, damage description, and whether you're paying out of pocket or through insurance
- Any photos you upload, which may show your vehicle, license plate, or surroundings
Before you finish the form:once you've entered your name and phone number on step one, we save that partial information — even if you close the tab or navigate away before finishing — so we can follow up if you didn't mean to abandon the request. Completing the form sends your full details (vehicle, damage, photos) to our team by email and saves them to our records.
How we use it
We use what you submit to prepare your estimate, follow up by phone/text/email, and keep a record of the job if you become a customer. If your repair involves an insurance claim, relevant details may be shared with your insurer or adjuster as part of that claim. We do not sell your information.
Where it's stored / who processes it
- Form submissions and photos are stored in our shop-management database (Supabase) and delivered to us by email (Resend).
- If you're invoiced for a repair, your name and contact details are also kept in our accounting system (Xero).
- This site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand site traffic, and may use the Meta (Facebook) pixel for ad performance. These services set their own cookies and are governed by Google's and Meta's own privacy policies.
- Reviews shown on this site are pulled live from Google and Yelp via TrustIndex, a third-party reviews widget — we don't control what those platforms do with your review if you leave one there directly.
- Our embedded map uses Google Maps, subject to Google's privacy policy.
Your choices
Contact us at info@autoartrecon.com or 512-300-6033 if you'd like us to delete an estimate request that didn't turn into a job, correct information we have on file, or stop follow-up contact.
Changes to this policy
If what we collect or how we use it changes in a meaningful way, we'll update this page and the date above.
